​Heather Whalley is an award-nominated farm advisor and dedicated farmer based in Lancashire, UK. As the Senior Farm Advisor at Ribble Rivers Trust, she collaborates with landowners and stakeholders to implement environmental initiatives aimed at enhancing Natural Flood Management and reducing Diffuse Water Pollution.

Heather provides expert guidance on Countryside Stewardship and Sustainable Farming Incentive applications, assisting farmers in securing funding for infrastructure projects that mitigate agricultural pollution and promote sustainable land use. Her skill-set encompass business planning, budgeting, and optimising farmland for environmental benefits.

Beyond her advisory role, Heather co-manages her family's 40-hectare farm near Clitheroe, where she focuses on breeding pedigree British Blue cattle. Her efforts have led to enhanced herd genetics and operational efficiency. Heather's journey from a professional dancer to a passionate advocate for regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming practices has been featured in the Farmers Guardian. ​
